Credit card information is required when booking services to reserve the appointment. Appointments not rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance will be charged the full amount of the missed service. If the cancellation is a result of an unforeseen emergency, the fee may be applied towards another appointment within 5 days, subject to esthetician availability. Failure to notify or a No Show will result in a full service charge and cannot be credited towards rescheduled appointments. Any guest who fails to arrive for a service without notification may not receive another service until the previous missed service has been paid in full. You will receive SMS text messages and email notifications regarding the date and time of your appointment 48 hours prior to your services.
